Rentex Textile is a B2B wholesale business. By placing an order, the buyer agrees to the following terms:
- All wholesale orders are final.
- A minimum order quantity may apply.
- Minor variations in product colour, print, size, and finish may occur.
- Buyers must confirm product details, quantity, price, and delivery information before placing an order.
- Orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation, packing, or dispatch.
- No return, exchange, or refund will be provided.
- Complaints regarding incorrect products or quantities must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with a complete parcel-opening video.
- Shipping, GST, and other applicable charges may be charged separately.
- Rentex Textile is not responsible for courier delays, unsold stock, or business losses.
- Any dispute will be subject to Jaipur, Rajasthan jurisdiction.
