Return & Refund Policy

Once an order is confirmed, packed, or dispatched:

• No returns will be accepted.
• No exchanges will be accepted.
• No refunds will be provided.
• Products cannot be returned due to design, colour, size, quantity, low customer demand, or unsold stock.
• Bulk and customised orders cannot be cancelled.

Buyers must carefully confirm the product details, design, colour, size, quantity, and price before placing an order.

Only complaints related to an incorrect product or incorrect quantity sent by Rentex Textile will be considered. Such complaints must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery with a complete parcel-opening video
